if you have power tools, it should only take you about 4 to 5 hours to switch evrything. if you are going to use manual tools, it should take around all day atleast. it takes that long cause you may have to check the intallation of your springs and make sure everything is put back together. =) GOD speed

to do 2, working one at a time it'll take 8-10 hours. You'll need to uninstall everything before you can re-install, so make sure you have 8 jack stands, 2 jacks, 4 tie up cables for the front knuckles, etc....

Majin, do you want to keep your own shocks and get his springs?
You could just swap strauts, you give him your stockers and you get his lowered assembled... It will take you even less time, may be half less time.
No need to take stuts appart and exchange sprigs...
On my 4dr I took me about 4-5 hours to install lowered springs. Manual tools, 1st time..
Make sure it take struts apart you will have them assembled following froper indexing, otherwise all type of noise will make you sick.
