need advice

I have a 2004 civic ex 2dr i want to drop it about 2 in . I can only afford springs now not shocks. I got prices at a local shop . $240 with insatlation for tien springs that are 2in drop. or $360 with insatlation for eibach springs that come in 1 in 0r 1.4 in drop . It is verry inportant that the car retains its drivability. Will the teins or eibachs cause car bounce around when i drive ? I want to avoid this as much as possible. Need any advice or sugestens on what to get and what srings will keep the car firm so it does not bump around? I am on a buget but i want this done right the first time and if spending money on springs and not getting shocks is not a good idea let me know .

You can't do it right with just springs.
It takes a good 600-2000 bucks to do it right depending on what you go with.
Springs only will blow the shocks, and you'll find yourself doing it again in not too long.
