If i buy new springs and since they're obviously a different height then o.e.m. does that mean i have to buy adjustable shocks to or do they work with non-adjustables?
just don't rip me a new hole if this is a stupid question

Well, it depends on what you want to do. Are you just tring to imporove looks, or are you doing it for handling?
In short though, yes, most good quality non adjustable shocks will work fine.
Note that I say GOOD shocks, cheap shock will blow out very quickly. You get wht you pay for.

You dont need new struts/shocks. You can use the OEM ones. However, just remember that the OEM ones are weak and arent designed for a lowered, stiffer spring. Basically they cant handle the higher rate of oscillation(bouncing) and will most likely wear out pre-maturely.
do you care about ride comfort? if so, yes, struts are highly recommended.
dropping lowering springs on factory struts will ride nice for the first days, but it'd eventually wear and result in a super shitty ride quality.
