Props to Progress Suspension
A couple of weeks ago i started getting some nasty rattling noises on my passenger side front strut (Progress competition coilovers) the shock shaft was deflecting in a weird way under load and making groaning noises on rebound. Of course I was pissed and a little afraid to drive the thing being that it's my daily driver it was inconvenient.
So I called up progress and talked to their customer service guy and got an RMA number so that I could get it serviced under warrenty all in about 15 minutes on the phone. I pulled the strut/spring assembly and shipped it out to Progress in Anaheim that afternoon (tuesday) It was on my doorstep 10am thursday morning. Not bad turnaround and to their credit they didn't just box up a new one for me, they gutted mine, rebuilt it, ran it on their shock dyno all whithout messing up my ride height settings(not a big deal but just one less thing to do) and reassembled it all in one day.
So this is props for them and the best customer service experience I've had with any company that I couldn't just walk in the door of. Not to mention that their suspension componants make my car damn fast too.

The ride's stiff as one would expect, especially the rear. It's very livable though, the worst thing is weird uneven surfaces and lots of small sharp bumps at low speeds freeway speeds are all nice. It's really "track car with a daily driving problem" suspension. Mine also has the progress swaybars and bushings with 215/40R17 Kuhmo MX's none of which help the ride much. Still with different tires and a smaller swaybar combo it could be made much more comfortable than it is now.

We are an authorized distributor of Progress Competition products. Their service is top knoch and it's about time someone from the public realized this and contested this. Great products purchased there. Good luck.

i bought a simple progress rear sway bar adapter kit from dezod a few months back. when i got it, it was missing some stuff out of the package (completely out of dezod's hands, the item was factory sealed) I thought it would be a big hassle to correct the situation. Dezod then contacted progress for me, and low and behold, just 3 days later i got the parts i needed. I can definately vouch for progress (you too dezod!)
