installed my Tein Basic's today...got a problem

so I installed them this afternoon, I've driven around for agout 5-10 miles...I went over some bumpy road, nothing serious...and now I got a seriously loud grinding/clinging type of sound from the back right coilover...its really late so I cant take everything apart, however I opend up the trunk put my hand around the upper assembly and I can feel its something inside there, the issue is up at the upper mount....anybody knwo what this could be? its really bothering me....anybody hear of this problem or experienced it?

its really loud by the way.....

You have to trim the dust boot if its the rear. It's plastic and it's supposed to keep the shock clean from dirt. I trimmed mine about 1/2" and it no longer made the nasty sound (kind of like when you crush cans, that sound). I suggest cutting both of the rear dust boots cause eventually the other one will also make the sounds.

I just got my tein basics installed too. I have that loud noise from the rear too. Sooo embrassing!!! When I drove around. Well instead of cutting the rear dust boot, can i install the camber kit? Will that solve the problem too? The place I bought it from they said just cut it! No need to buy soft dust boot or camber kit!!! Should I listen to them?

Installing rear camber kit won't solve the problem.
All you have to do is trim dust boot to get rid of rear noise.
