I talked to our rep at SPW, the importers/manufacturers of Hayame Coilovers and they said they are through with them. THey have gotten so many complaints, warranty issues, etc that they are done. All of you who have the v3 on hold or what not can either cancel or get something new. Wether its with us (which I know we got rid of all hayame orders) or through someone else, its official that these are NOT GOING TO BE PRODUCED EVER AGAIN.

now what about for the Omni... aren't they the same company as Hayame? will they still try to make them?

Its not the same, but it is made in a relativley similar spot overseas. They will take a while to come out though! I talked to Steve at Omni about 1 week ago and he said for the EP3/DC5, which means not even for us, about 70-90 days ouT!
