Too Low
Too Low
I dropped my car with neuspeed springs but I'm thinking of raising it back up. I scrape alot and my front end is taking alot of abuse. Are there good aftermarket setups that will put me back up but not totally back to stock?

theres a bunch of springs that go higher then neuspeed.....search around. how low can you possibly be??? i was 3.5 in down on hayame coilovers and never rubbed, you just gave to pay more attention when u drive, thats all.
Let me ask you this I did the springs but I never did the shocks or any other part of the suspension would that make a difference ? My biggest problems are getting in and out of parking lots here in shitty Myrtle Beach..

that wont make a difference...the lowest neuspeed spring puts you down 2.25 in ??? just use different lots, thats what i would do.
do you have a kit?
which neuspeed springs? the sport or race?
are you driving carefully and not driving as if the car were still on stock springs/shocks? because you cannot expect your car to handle just like stock after installing new springs. try getting over bumps/dips/driveways slanted and slowly.
i hope your struts arent blown either

I recently put an octane kit on it and that's when these problems started. I dropped right after I got it almost three years ago with neuspeed sport springs. I'm really careful about bumps and I avoid speed bumps at all cost. Most drives I can get in and out of if I hit them at a sharp angle but alot of the drives here in Myrtle Beach are real steep being so close to the beach and also they can't build roads worth a **** here. The reason I was asking about my setup was because I don't know if I love the setup all that much I was thinking of improving the suspension and maybe raising it back up a little in the process. Any Tips ? Thanks

dude, you should have enough clearence to where you shoudnt need to worry about scraping......you must go up some steep **** cause like i said up there ^^ ...i was low enough so that my arm would get stuck underneath the front of my car....you just need to ficus more on where ur driving being lowered

18's shouldnt be a problem but you'll probabaly need a 215/35 tire. Yea Im going to be down there this summer for a week or so. MishballzEM2 has family down there so we'll be going down for a little vaca..

well I think the octane kit is lower than most of the other kits out there...
also what tire size are you running? getting 18s(215-40-18) will probably help out.
I'm was running [215-40]18s and I didnt have too many problems scraping, now that i have [205-55?]15s I have to drag my car across half of the speedbumps.
