Front Struts Leaking.........
I went this morning to get a wheel alignment, because my car keeps pulling to the right. They told me the front struts are leaking, and I need new ones. Does anyone know where I can get them brand new for a good price? Will Koni yellows help if I get the whole set and put my Newspeed Race springs on also? I didn't want to drop my car until the spring after the snow ad when it gets nicer outside, but I will do anything now just to prevent my car from getting messed up even more. Thanks for all replies in advance.

did u believe that shop when they just said to you your struts were leaking? cause maybe their trying to make shady cash off ya. if not, koni yellows may be a good choice since those are inserts and require using the OEM struts.
i say you should get the shocks taken care of first. if your low on cash, u can go with 2 konis up front as a temporary. then when u got the money, save up for some springs and the 2 rear konis. but your better off purchasing it but the set since it'll be cheaper.
also, im not sure if driving around with a blown shock can harm your car any further besides one side sagging that may scrape elsewhere.

blown shocks are dangerous. they hinder your braking power because of more nose dive, the abs will engage more often when braking on bumpy surfaces, brakes in general will be weird...etc. i know from experience.

What are the struts? I think I got this whole thread confused. I went to Sears Auto Center and they showed me that my front struts were leaking. I'm sorry for the mix up. I thought the struts were the same thing as the shocks. Oops.... I'm such a dummy. Excuse me everyone.

Koni are just a shock thype cyliner that fits in the stock strut.
They have to cut to tops of of the stock struts and shove the Koni's inside.
I suggest getting either one of these brands they make static or adjustable dammping modesl for our cars if you want a direct swap and still want to use the Neuspeeds you have.
KYB
Or
Tokico

Yep!
Here is what the fronts look like:

If you want a strut spring combo from tokico with adjustable damping you can get their D-spec model. Just turn the tops of the piston rods to make it a firm or soft ride. anyway from 500 to 700 hundred depending on where you get them.
Here is a pic as well:

My rears blow on stock shocks springs.
I found out that they were blown while in stalling neuspeed sports.
after I had already installed the fronts
I then had to go back and put alll the stck crap back in order to have the warrenty cover it.
Then I sold the the neuspeed sports I had.
Now I feel like the driver front might be bad.
The warrenty is gone now!
Once I have spare cash I gonna get the tokico d=specs
