Coilovers in Winter time... Take them off? or leave them on?
So, Could coilovers be kept on the ride during winter? or is it suggested to take them off?
Is there some way to get them prepped for winter?

What a pain the ***. You guys are taking them off? WHY? For what they cost, they ought to survive a little cold weather and some salt. They put up with road junk all summer, whats the difference? AND, you're gonna waste $120 on 2 alignments? If you got that much money, give me some.
The only thing I plan on doing for the winter is taking the 22mm sway bar off the rear so I can keep the correct end of the car pointed down the road.

^ i guess u dont understand how much salt they put on the roads out here, its crazy. The whole road is white cuz of all the salt. Plus id need to raise mine up anyways to get enough ground clearance and then id need an alignment either way, so i might as well take them off.
As you said for what they cost im not about to wait around for them to rust...not really worth it IMO

I think I'm more than qualified to bitch about winter weather and salt.... in Indiana, its all they use.
The point is, any halfway decient set of coils should have a coating on it that will keep it from rusting heavily provided they're cared for. Summer isn't much better... all the sand and crap that gets kicked up + water isn't much different than salt.

boiler: yah i hear what you're sayin. IM not sure what the B+G's have for protection, but i would 100% have to raise the car up, cuz the snow here gets really really crazy. Like i see some snow in ur pic, and im sure you get more, but ehre are times where i had a hard time driving with my neuspeed sports. IM almost 3 inches dropped, so if im going to have to get an alignment anyways, i might as well put the stockers on and keep these ones nice and clean in my room
