Today, I had some ground controls coilovers installed but for some reason my front is still stock height and the back is tucking. The shop told me that I will need to get aftermarket struts for the front because the front adjustable part on the coilovers want go over the stock strut. Anybody else have this problem?

The shop installed them wrong. On the front struts, there is a brass cap. You are supposed to pop them off, then the sleeves will slide over the strut assembly.

Ok I seen the brass cap your talking about but inside the sleeves there is a little ring of metal not allowing us to slide it down the strut.

Is the metal ring placed in the sleeve loosely or is it fabricated in with the metal?

It is fabricated with the metal.

You have the wrong sleeves. Call Ground Control, they will get you the correct sleeves.

Yeah it is on the inside of the two front sleeves. I'm only able to slide the sleeve down about .5 - 1 inches on the struts.
