coilover problem someone please help

hey guys i got some coilovers for my 03 and i installed all 4 and then came to realize that they rode like sh*t so i put my dropzone springs back in the rear and left the coils in the front. everything is cool but the problem is that i had to take out the top of the strut mount where the strut bearings are located. so now i got no bearing in my struts and they sound pissed when i turn the wheel. did anyone have this problem or am i just retarted? any ideas? i was thinking about trying to find a bearing plate and stick in in between the strut mount and coil. (by the way the bearings and **** fell apart when i was taking the stock off, thats why they didnt go back in)

are you saying the little circle ***** fell off the strut mount?

if your hearing clanking/clunking noise when turning, thats normal. its metal rubbing against metal. what you can do is grease the top and bottom of the springs which MIGHT help prevent that noise. if its the missing bearings causing the noise, then that can be a problem... cant help you their, sorry.

yeah the bearings definitly fell out when i was taking the strut out so i was like screw it and i just put them in without the bearing plate. haha, but somthing told me that the coilovers wouldent have fit right anyhow so i should just say screw the whole thing and get new struts and mounts, any suggestions? i know tein is the only one that makes front struts for the 7th gen cause of the brilliant idea of the steerin bein on the strut, has anyone else come out with a strut yet?
