Springs vs. Coilovers

Hi everyone! I don't know if this been ask before or not? But if it does please direct me to the right thread. I'm planning to drop my car but I'm still deciding to use spring or coilover? What's the different? Which one is better? I actually have eibach pro kit springs in my garage for a couple months. Any recommendation? Thanks in advance.

Coilovers one reason, the spring is matched to the shock.

it is up to you. What are you looking for? Do you want to be able to adjust the ride height? Then go with adjustable coilovers, and then get some performance shocks to go with them. Or get full coilovers. Or if you just want a good drop, then get springs, and get some aftermarket shocks with them. You dont have to get the shocks, but your OEM will eventually blow, unless you are an extremely good driver, then they will last you along time.

Neither is better, it is just about preference.
