Rattling problem with TEIN basic. (problem solved)

I had my Teins on for almost a year. I drive kinda hard on corners. Recently I noticed a rattling sound on the front driver side. I think its the spring rattling on the strut body when Im rolling over bumps or uneven surfaces. I cant hear it on the right side because its not really that loud. Im wondering if anyone else experiences this on their car. Could it be a bad tie rod bushing? If the tie rod bushing was bad, would it make a rattling sound when i drive over bumps? Could it be just the spring since the car isnt on its lowest setting?

(It wasnt the suspension at all, something just came lose inside the door panel.)

MrWong is an unknown quantity at this point
You can check the torque on the bolts, could be something loose or check the tightness of the height adjustment collars.
