Rep Power: 0 sob....mine does that too. i don't know why but if you have your friend turn the wheel and you crouch down and look at the spring it hella jumps and ****. i only have my front suspension on right now cuz honda tightened the bolts to much in the rear. i'm thinking its because the bolts are too tight making the spring too compressed, but that just a guess. i don't have the tools to try and fix it myself. pm me if you find out what the problem is

Rep Power: 0 i had the same problem, i bought tein ss coilovers and there was an annoying cranking sound. the sound only comes from one spring, usually the front right. you have to take the springs off and clean them and grease them up really well. the noise comes because there is too much loose dirt in the way and it causes thespring to behave incorrectly. I had to take my car to a local shop cuz i didn't want to take off my coilovers, but they saidit is due to the spring. the cleaned it off and greased up very well. now i take turns easily, without having people looking at my car and wondering what that awful cranking sound is.

Rep Power: 0 damn, now i have to take them off again. when it first started i thought it was something like that so i sprayed a bunch of wd-40 on them but i guess the trick is fully cleaning them while they're off.

Rep Power: 0 Yea, same problem. I dont think its the tein springs though, i have Neuspeed sports. I spoke to my buddys cuz who is a honda tech and he told me the springs will eventually settle into place, and he said to re-tighten all the bolts that hold the shock assembly after they settle into place, because you may get another half turn or so.

Rep Power: 0 The S-techs on my girlfriends car makes a slight ticking at sharp turns or dry steer. I can't feel anything on the upper strut mounts when the wheels are turning. The springs stay in place the whole time and I did index them proplery. Any ideas about this one?? PS- I put them in my sedan and they make absolutely no noise.

Rep Power: 0 I got my Tein SS coilovers on rigt now and I have that same problem too. Cipher is right, just put a couple of layers of grease and your problems will go away. I did that and still have the superior handling of the product intact.
