Question lowering or coilover springs

Which one rides better? My 2k2 seadan is the family car, don't need to be bounceing all over.

Nither, Both will bounce if your shocks arnt up to the task. (Bouncing or the lack there of is caused by your shocks not the springs).

Well Hopefully B&G has put some time in to finding a damper that works with their springs.... so It shouldnt bounce. But who konws. I konw wiht my Eibach Sportlines and stock shocks there was plenty of bounce, once the stock shocks wore out. Now with my konis there is 0 bounce.
