Nither, Both will bounce if your shocks arnt up to the task. (Bouncing or the lack there of is caused by your shocks not the springs).

Rep Power: 357 Well Hopefully B&G has put some time in to finding a damper that works with their springs.... so It shouldnt bounce. But who konws. I konw wiht my Eibach Sportlines and stock shocks there was plenty of bounce, once the stock shocks wore out. Now with my konis there is 0 bounce.
