comfort : TEIN s-tech vs. Eibach Sportline?

My GF lowered her car cause it looked stupid at stock height.

She has Eibach Sportlines and KONI yellows on the car right now. It rides well at highway speeds but in the city (roads around here are TERRIBLE) the springs are just too stiff and you can feel every bump a LOT. We tried all possible adjustments on the KONIs and it's still too harsh at low speeds. I guess the spring rate is just too high for the car's weight.

I'm thinking of changing her Sportlines. Pro-Kit's don't lower enough (barely 1") so I thought about the TEIN s-tech. The drop is similar, does anyone have them on their car?

How's the comfort when you take potholes / railway tracks / big bumps at city speeds?

Her car is only for commuting so handling is less important - when it's time for the "fun stuff" we take my car. We want something that really rides like stock and very comfortable, but a drop of 1.5" at least.
