Would this work?

Is it possible to add anti-roll and strut bars, but not put on coil-overs? Would that eventually damage the stock shocks..or is it really not related? The reason I ask, is I doubt I can get over my driveway if I lower my car...my damn driveway is basically a curb.

Yup, you can add both and not affect ride height. All the anti-roll and strut bars will do is help stiffen up the chassis.

Yes it is normal to add anti-roll bars and strut bars without coilovers. I've heard that anti-sway bars reduce load from the shocks but i'm not entirely sure of ths.

So if anything, it will REDUCE the pressure put on the shocks? I just don't want my stock shocks blowing, that would suck.

Bigger sways reduce body roll, so during cornering the shocks don't travel as far. But, this doesn't really save the life of the shock any. Swaybars act like having stiffer springs only during cornering and going over uneven bumps. It's during these uneven bumps I really feel my sway bars push the wheel back down faster than stock=more shock wear, but not nearly as bad as lowering or stiffer springs. The car is way more stable this way, handles better, keeps your high ride height, at a minimal increase in shock wear.
