Busted Koni's
My Konis blew out the bottom bolt on one of the shocks so i got a new longer bolt because the one supplied isnt long enough go to your local hardware store and grab a bolt that is the same size as your wheel studs 12x1.25 i think. and make it the ight length with a little bit of cutting

well i think when i replaced the bum- stop, dust cover thing, i left the little plastic ring inside of the old ones. i think i just sucked them apart.
you don't cut anything on the front. only on the back bumpstops do you cut.

If this isn't the first pair you've blown all indications would be that your installation is incorrect. Quadruple check the koni instructions as well as the tech manual for where everything needs to be in the upper mount and on the strut shaft itself. Also those white discs are REQUIRED or else bottoming out WILL tear the strut apart.
