Neuspeed Rear Upper Strut Tower Bar

Well, I e-mailed Neuspeed about the bar b/c someone on 7thgen said they contact Neuspeed and they wuold relsease the bar in March. The reply I got back said that they WONT be making it for the EM2 or ES1.
