i am looking to get koni sport shocks for my civic and on the tire rack website there are two different kinds. one is 50.5 and the other is 53.8 outer diameter front struts. which should i get? please respond.

The 02's have both sizes so you need to measure. They changed to size in the middle of the production run.

Has anybody had two different sizes on an 02? like 50's in the front and 53's in the back...

The rears are the same size no matter what the year is. The fronts can be either 50 or 55mm.
