Knuckle Arms Swap

Anyone changed the knuckles arms on their 2001 Civic to that of the 03-04 Civic so that the strut housings on the 03-04 can fit their 2001 Civic ?

I think its easier/cheaper to buy new struts rather than change the knuckle... were you able to get the neuspeeds?
