Taking GC sleeves off of the stock struts.

It's not stuck at the bottom or anything, it just won't slide over that silver ring on the top of the shock. Do I have to take a flathead to that part?

ya it was a b*tch to take off... it helps if you have a vise... we used a flathead and kept hammering the ring off little by little. just remember the ring and the cup is one peice so dont just try to pry off the ring.. you also need to pry off that cup...

Kew, thanks. If it breaks that's fine. I have no use for them anymore since I'm selling the GCs and they can only be used with sleeved coilovers.
