Had mine on for a year - I have an EL, so think of it like an ***-heavy EX (yes I know the EX is not on the apps list but hey it fits). The ride is smooth, but due to my huge box and fat passengers the rear end is sagging a bit. I'm on stock shocks right now and the rears are blown, but I attribute that to my heavy rear-end more than harsh driving. I'm not too low; in fact I wanna go lower.

I have the H&R the handling is great. not complain about it.. I don't know about the other brands though.. but you have 19s like you said... so all you need are lowerings springs like H&R they will drop your car atleast 1.3
inch..

I've had mine on for stock shocks for almost a year. The ride is pretty good for what it is. My Shocks are not blown yet. They are good springs.

i just need like a 1-1.5 inch drop so my tires tuck in nice. I have Rev Model 2 215/35/19 so i dont need a huge drop.

Cuz i can get a used set for 75 from a member on the site. The sport springs come in black correct?? I just dontr want 2 have 2 replace my shocks. I was also thinking Pro-kit but thats 225. Which is a lil 2 much for me.

H&Rsss

I had them... they're actually more like deep purple.. but if you wanna call it black, fine... They handled fine and are very similar to the Eibach Pros which I use now... both are ISO rated...I think the Eibachs have a bit more redundant coils towards the bottom of the rear set which may lend towards a more dampened/softer ride.. but like they said.. springs are stiff period... Other than that, I can't tell of any significant ride quality differences between the two... H&Rs are prob more expensive cuz of the brand... I'd sell ya mine (rode maybe 800 miles on them).. but I think I'm gonna keep em as a back up... If you're gonna lower, I'd be more concerned about the type of aftermarket shocks your GONNA need...
