what are you talking about? It seems that you are new. First off the new civics have a different suspension than the older civics. Your camber is gonna go negative in the rear rather than the front. You can buy a camber kit which will adjust for that. SPC seems to be the brand of choice. Is that what you are talking about?

some places wont do it because they cant get a lowered car on the machine or they cant get a good alignment out of a lowered car. take it to National Tire and Battery, they align them, adjust the camber, and have all the newer machines, plus they still give u a warrenty on your alignment.

No you need to buy a rear camber kit. The front doesn't need one but it is recommended. It is just a few bolts and cheap. The rear definitely needs one if you lower more than 1". Take it to a good alignment place with a lift and full electronic alignment machine where they put the paddles on your tires.

no. the older civics wouldn't have negative camber in the rear, but the new design has massive negative camber. If you lower more than 1" you wheels will tuck in. You will need a rear camber kit. The stocks aren't adjustable.

Yes they should. If they don't it is because your side skirts or body kit sits too low and they don't want to break it. If they don't accept lowered cars then you don't want them to align your car anyway.
