Wow, you'd have to twist a car HARD to break a strut bar.
Neuspeed front upper one is 1 piece. I think the Cusco rear one is one piece but it's like $180.

If your intake goes up before the IM, like the one shown below, it won't fit.

Only Neuspeed and DC Sports fit with ones like that. So if the AEM SRI is like that, it won't fit with the Type-R bar.

The Progress 27mm front and 22mm rear bars together seem pretty popular here. Ask Grey he has this combo. That comptech adjustable looks beefy as hell but I think it costs around $600, that's more than both Progress bars + Grey's endlinks combined.

For the street, keeping the car safe and stable for average joe schmo driver, I reccomend the stock front anti-roll bar and the RSX's 19mm rear bar. If you want to spend the $$$$ go with a matched set of front and rear anti rollbars or some equivelant (Progress is a good example). If you autocross, Keep the stock front bar and get a larger Rear bar (22mm and larger preferably Adjustible) how large depends on what springs you have, the stiffer the springs the smaller the bar.
and educated guess as to how each setup will perform
Stock front + RSX rear bar.
the car will probably understeer in the slow corners (although MUCH less then stock), but in mid speed corners it will be close to nutrual, finally in High speed corners the car will have a slight case of oversteer.
Matched set Front and Rear (27mm F 22mm Rear)
this will probably have very simmilar handling chariteristics as with the Stock +RSX set up, with one big difference, Less body roll. Less body roll means that the tires contact patch will not distort as much so you will have a higher level of traction. So the car will still understeer a bit in the slow stuff, be pretty nutural in the mid speed stuf and over steer in the fast stuff. I think this would be good for the street as well as a decent set up for Track days, where corners are mostly mid to High speed. If you were to use a 25mm rear bar, I think that would be a better setup for track days as the car will want to oversteer more in the high speed corners (OK so long as you konw how to deal with it) and it will probably take mid speed corners better.
Stock Front + 22mm Rear.
Oversteer PIG. A good setup for autocross where most corners are SLow to Midspeed. So tuning the car to oversteer more in mid speed corners and be close to nutrual in slow speed corners is Great for Autocross. It might be a little unstabe for street use at its limits, but most if not every body Never reach a cars limits on the street. and Like I said before a little oversteer isnt a bad thing, as long as you dont do any thing stupid to make it worse. (Like hit the brakes or lift off the gas).
Thats my take on the whole Anti-roll bar set up issue. Please take note that this is just based on my understanding of a cars handling. Actual performance is influenced by what shocks and springs you are running

I got that Type R strut bar for mine and it was pissing me off. It didn't fit over my CAI from AEM. I sold it. Then I got a Ractive style one and quess what-it didn't fit! So, I looked around in the forum and found a part list put out for our cars. Now, I will finally get the right one that will fit. A tubular one from Neuspeed. I hate finding out the hard way. Oh, well. Thanks for the list Blur3737! Very helpful.
