When I get back on my feet again, I am thinking of getting a different drop rate on my car and switching to 18" Rims. However, what I need all the spring manufacturers don't give.
l noticed very early on that my car has a higher front wheel well than the back one. So this means that if I want even gap reduction in the front AND in back, I have to get a spring that is lower in the front than in the back by almost .5". So I was looking around and wondered if I could take the Eibach Sportline springs and place them on the front (1.4" drop) and take the prokit springs and place them on the back (1.0") and it would be all the same cuz of the same manufacturer? I take it there is no difference between the 2 kits because one is just wound to drop more than the other?
ANyone have an opinion on this?
I think even if I were to do this it would cost a lot less they sell them seperately. (like for a busted spring or something). I would just save a bit more at that point and get a full suspension system, except that I already have Koni's in the front and rear of the vehicle.
Any suggestions for me , so when I am rdy in the future I will know what to do?
I also don't wanna go sleeved coilovers cuz I hear they lose adjustment after awhile and they also tend to make A LOT of noise.

I'll reply later with the name of the company I'm at a friends house and don't have he mag in front of me. But there is a company that makes a drop kit for cars with lots of audio equipment which would be higher in the rear and level when loaded.

"higher front wheel well than the back one" so is this going by the fender well gap or by the height from the ground? you have a heavy system right.
i wouldnt recommend you get sportlines for front and prokit for rear, thats just a waste. i would just get neuspeed sports for sedan if its really that badd.
btw you still have the JLs for sale? kinda thinking about it.

On some 7th gens (not all I don't know why), you will notice that the actual 'Arc' of the wheel well is higher in the front than in the back. Thus when you lower the vehicle the well gap from the top of the tire to the bottom of the 'ARc' is more in the front and less in the back therefore giving the appearance of not being even.
Like right now I have Intrax that lowers 2" in the front and 1.8" on the rear. So it pretty comes out even when it's dropped. The gaps are even, however the car looks as if it's sitting slightly lower in the front if you look at the bottom sides of the car.
But anyway, I need something with LESS of a drop but same ratio as I have right now.
