Well, a buddy of mine put on my b&g's with me and he did all the height adjusting. I saw the whole thing and saw it was not that hard. Today I tried to adjust the height and the damn things would not budge! I dont know what to do? Have you guys had this problem?

Try having ur whole car jacked up on all 4 sides. It does help a lot.

thats weird, you should'nt have a problem adjusting them. just use 2 keys at the same time to loosen them up, then use only one key to raise or lower it. make sure that the lower lock(or whatever its called) isn't too close to the top one or else you'll be turning both. you might have to put a little force behind it the 1st couple of times because it does tend to get stuck. but after you loosened it up, its fairly easy. good luck
