Skunk2 and Koni yellows...
I have skunk2 adjustable springs right now with my stock shocks and struts, what I wanna know is if I will need any other parts to add the koni yellows. also I read somewhere that in order to get the koni's to work you have to cut the strut housing and can never go back to stock, is this true? if so is there any other shocks and struts I can use that dosent need to cut the vehicle in any way? sorry if this has been asked before but any info would be appriciated.
Only koni shocks are out now. Yes the front shocks you must cut them to insert the koni's. I hate them. I had them and neuspeed race springs and as I putting it togther the ring broke that holds the perch. Thats why I bought B+G true coilovers. Dont buy koni's. Their crap. Just a dam ring is holding like 600 lbs. You hit 1 pothole the wrong way there goes your back end of your car. Just buy true coilovers. The money you spend on springs, shocks, camber kit leads up to like 800 for another 175 I bought my B+G true coilovers.
We have B&G, TEIN, and KONI in stock. Check out our website for prices.

Hey Tornactive all I seen on your website is Tein but did not see B & G, I have seen members rides with teins and it dosent seem that they drop that low so I'm really intrested in the B & G's.

I have that current setup (skunk2 and koni) and have hit pot hole or two and even had a terrible bottom out...due to not knowing what was ahead, and I have never had problems with my konis. I have 6k miles on them now.
i've had my koni's on since last summer. no real issues so far except a clicking sound when i turn the steering wheel sometimes. i think there is a loose bolt or something that needs to be welded. it doesnt happen all the time but sometimes on dry days. other then that i luv the koni skunk2 setup.
