weird noise after putting rims back on....

Hey all... i searched but didnt find much help...
I just put my rims back on after winter because it was nice yesterday. I have some Konig traffik 17x7's with Nitto 450 tires. They are directional tires so i Put the tires that were more warn out that I had on the front last summer in the back, and the ones with more tread in the front, and double checked they were on the right sides. My rims have the hub center rings (i think) Theres like these plastic inserts on the back of the rim that snap into the rim so I think thats the centering ring. Its a very snug fit when they are on the hub. I made sure all my lugs were tight and the rim was level against the hub. Anyways when driving I dont remember it sounding like it did. at low speeds there is this weird grinding noise. Nothing is rubbing. at higher speeds i can hear a sort of humming noise. It rides fine, but its just the weird noise. And when coming to a stop its like something is binding. Its not my brakes because if I take my foot off the brakes I still hear the noise. What could it be? can anyone shed some light on whats going on! Thanks. Also my car is lowered with the TEIN SS, maybe I just need an alignment???

There was a thread on this about a week ago. I think the solution was just rebalancing the rims. You may want to try that.... maybe one of the weights is lose and shaking against the rim.

CivicEnvy2001 is an unknown quantity at this point
It could just be the tires.
