ONLY???
They used to charge 8.
Those A-holes jacked the price. I know this because I end up replacing those things every now and then because I bang em up pretty good taking the wheels on and off so much. I got stuck buying a set of the 15 ones and was none to happy with them for doubling the price

Remove the center cap on the wheel so you can see through to the hub. If the wheel absolutely fits against the hub with NO gaps, then you dont need them. If you see the tiniest amount of space anywhere, take off the rims, and get rings. Whats happening is that the lugs are holding the wheel in place when all they are supposed to do is hold the wheel against the hub. They help the aftermarket wheel hub fit snuggly, and centered, on the hub.

In the event it is....

The pink ring in the hub is the hubcentric.
Put it on the hub, put the wheel on.
Crayons taste like purple...

If you need more clearance between the tire/wheel combo and strut, you need a spacer, and if applicable, hubcentric rings. There are hubcentric spacers aswell, but those don't start until 15mm and is not applicable for your application.
Remember that a lower offset will push the wheel further outboard (towards the fender).
