Paint the brakes? What color?

I am getting my rims in September and am thinkin of painting the calipers and drums. The car is SSM and I was thinking of either just doing a black or silver color. I also see the typical red and yellow but not sure if thats too flashy. The fronts are powerslot rotors right now as well. Any suggestions on color or if anyone has pics throw them up cause I want some ideas without looking ridiculous.

Id say just grab a $3 can of high temp black gloss and go to town.

ive got mine painted red on red... Just make sure to apply 4-5 coats sand any rough edges for a really clean job...

There is something about the look of painted rear drum brakes.......i guess classy would be the word....maybe sophisticated, but surely not ricetastic.

Boilermaker1 is a splendid one to behold

Its not worth it. It just burns off anyways. Leave the calipers raw... paint holds heat. The drums you could paint, they're going to rust anyways. So its not really worth your while.
