Just bought these rotors.... but I don't know
Well, My stock brake rotors wrapped and I've just bought this pair of Arospeed slotted & cross-drilled Performance Brake Rotors. Then I get to read all this stuff of people having problems with cross drilled rotors... now I'm wondering, are Cross drilled rotors good??.....
Many of the problems I've read people have with drilled rotors are related to extreme COLD weather, and Here in Puerto Rico is reaaaally unusual having temps under 65F. And that's only on the mountains. But I do some spirited driving and bought those thinking about better braking response.
Anyways, they are not installed yet, so please give me your opinion. Here is some pics of them:

What I'm looking for is less brake fading, and therefore, better braking.

Rotors have relitivly little to do with reducing brake fade...unless you get larger rotors. But any way, Pads will do more for reducing brake fade then any thing else.

usually the cross-drilled rotors wont perform as well as blanks... but they are far better as far as not heat up quickly....
but street, i think they would be not so good coz you need something thats quick response coz some ppl out there dont know how to drive...
on track they would be better coz your constent on them but if your on them really hard then they might crack...
i have xdrill/slotted on my car right now with hawk street pads and im lovin it... braking is someone better then stock, havent tried blanks with hawk pads.... but sure does look a lot better with the xdrilled/slotted.. haha
