offset

I m thinking getting a set of rota C8 in 16s, running 205-50-16 lower 1 finger gap all around, should i chose a 38 offset or a 40 offset?

Just pick one. 2mm is pretty minimal, I'm amazed they actually make the rim with those 2 offsets and the same bolt pattern for each.

either should be fine... but 40 would have the rim tucked in a liiitttle bit more than 38. I think most ppl on 16 have 40 or 42.

My 6.5" wide rim w/ 38mm offset is almost flush with the fender...
I don't think 2 mm is a big deal but your rim will be 7" wide
so I think you should take an offset of 40mm...

Phil.

Look closely, the i think the offset are different depending on how wide the wheel is, its either 6.5" or 7"
