14" steel rims on a 1.7EL/US-Civic EX/CDN-Civic Si?

Does anyone know if 14" steel rims will fit on a 2003 1.7EL? It came standard with 15" aluminum wheels. I want to put winter tires on a spare set of 14" steel rims that I have, but I'm not sure if they will clear the front calipers (same front brakes as a US Civic EX, and CDN Civic Si).
