i doubt it.....as long as you don't drop it you'll be okay...don't quote me on it though.
(And if it does it won't affect the "WHOLE" warranty maybe just suspension.)

I'd love to see a dealer deny warranty work on an otherwise stock car because of rims. They have to be able to prove that the aftermarket part you put on cause whatever damages you brought the car in for. For example, they can't deny you service on a fuqqed up transmission just cause you have new rims.

Most of my car is still stock, I just have TYC headlights, and the viper car alarm. The Stock rims are 15 ich right? So what size do you think is good to get?

whatever size you think will look good. I think 18's or 19's look good.

be wise when choosing new wheels for your ride.

how much it will alternate your speedometer
heavier = less acceleration
the right tire size
are they quality rims and not an knock off of an knock off? super-generic
if your real worried about warranty, then call your dealer and talk to them about, im guessing it wont void your warranty
etc etc

highly suggest you check out this tire calculator

there is nothing you can do because of that. If there was, people would already have done it. best bet is too check the tire calculator and see how much different it will be before you buy rims and tires. most of the time it wont be that much off.

The ones I looked at that I wanted where 17 inchs. So I would need tires in 205/45-17 right? 4.8% to slow. So if am going 40mph it will about 37 mph?

Yes it is possible. It's very custom work that involves flashing your ECM/PCM. This procedure WILL void your warranty. High end tire shops will be able to do this for you.

but i bet its really not worth toggling with the ecm/pcm just to have a fully corrected set of wheels on the car. eventually, people would want different wheels in the future.

but back on topic,
consider one of the four following choices of tire size:
205/45-17
205/50-17
215/40-17
215/45-17

size will also affect performance wise (in a good way of course).
the more lower profile the tire, the more revolutions per mile you receive. meaning low profile will get your further in the long run but alter your speedometer more. but lower profile is more likely to have less threadwear.
if your just looking for wheels for show and not performance wise, get the size tire is closest to stock readings.
