Help! Problem with installing 18s

Help! Problem with installing 18s

I got 18s and I was putting them on.........got the front 2 on fine.......but got to the back driver side where the gas line is and my wheel will not fit..........i think the wheel will fit ok on the back passenger side, but i haven't tried it.............can i get some spacers or somethin' like that to make them fit or maybe have the gas line moved or somethin'???? anyone else had this same problem??? Please help........i need all of it i can get......

i have Katana Inspire 18x7.5
tires are 225/40
i have no clue on the offset tho
i thought they'd fit fine but i was wrong

Don't most people run 215/40/18s instead of 225s? *shrugs*

if u have 225's ur gonna have to bend ur fenders. well atleast i did. and I still rubbed. I went back to 215/40/18's and no rubbing.
get new tires, if your car is that low then the 225 is wayy too wide..

no i'm not lowered or anything.......everything is stock suspension.........i called wheelguyz which is where i ordered from........they told me that they'd ship me some spacers and that they forgot about those when filling my order......so i guess i'll have to use those even though i've heard they are kinda dangerous.....

great... I just ordered 225/40/18's this week, they will be here tomorrow. Man this sux, I hope they included spacers for me, knew i should have gotten 215/35/18's!!!
