car has heavy vibration/bucking sometimes

Hi all,
I searched everywhere but cant seem to find a post with the same problem, most are from standstill but I got a different problem.

Normally the car works fine, recharges till full, rarely goes below 5, but sometimes it starts bucking/stuttering very bad. Which gets worse when going faster.

These are the things I've noticed about it.
It happens sometimes when the battery goes to 5, and still using assist or at least no recharge because still going slightly uphill or something.
After that I get a 1 bar sometimes or more if I slow down, but it takes a really long time to recharge and then the car starts to buck/heavy vibrate.
Which gets worse when going faster. Going 80km/h the whole car seems to shake.
It takes a while to recharge after that, it seems to stop when the battery recharges again above 5 again. After that I never get the same problem on the same trip,
everything works fine again, even when going uphill or draining the battery after that.
When I have to brake it feels a bit like its dragging something along, when it doesn't happen the brakes feel fine.
Fuel consumption goes way higher when it starts, even on a straight road its quite some more than normal.
No warning lights.
