A/C does not blow cool air

HI. I just bought a used car. Thats my first car. Honda CIvic 2007. The car was running at 100 mile per hour and ac was max and sudden there was a burning smell coming from vent and after sometime AC stopped working. I checked some YouTube videos and These are my observations
- The clutch not rotating.
- I changed the fuse and still ac not working.
- Fan rotating.
- There is something called Ac lower pressure port which has L on its cap. I used a screw driver to check the pressure. it was hard to push it down because of pressure but I did not see any freon (white fume or fog) coming out. I checked twice.

Only thing within my capacity left is to buy a relay from a store. The stores know exactly which relay and fuse to use for Honda civic 2007?

A video has been attached. What else it can be?

Thank you.

Check the ac belt. Check the clutch at idle to see if it's still engaging. Was it a burnt electrical odor a or a burnt rubber odor (ac belt)?
