98 Heater/AC Problem
So I just bought a 98 EX 250,000 miles and it runs great. Also new to the forum (hi).
It constantly blows hot air even with the cluster turned to off. The AC blows hot as well.. I was thinking off adding a sealer and refrigerant to the AC but since it blows hot air constantly and even when off figured someone might know the issue.
Anything helps.

Is the blower fan constantly running?
Check that the heater valve works in the engine bay, might be stuck on hot. Don't put any sealant crap in the ac you'll just cause more problems
