Hi, i baught my 2015 honda civic si about a year ago now. Had my first accident about a month ago now (a few days before christmas) where a lady ran a redlight while i was going through a greenlight and am still waiting on my insurance to get the police report to contact her insurance agency. At first i thought it was just body damage and a headlight but about a week ago my car took a turn and now doesnt have any acceleration while the cold engine light is on but the rpms skyrocket and even after it warms up and gets it acceleration back it squeels whenever i stop then accelerate again. Sometimes with almost no power to go uphill. No leaks, just had the noncabin(thats how the mechanic described it to me) airfilter replaced. The belt is a bit shiny and moves mabey half an inch when i tug it. Any thaughts?
