Hi guys, i want to buy 1995 civic to mod it , but basically i never had anything to do with car mods or anything to do with cars , the question is what engine you guys would suggest for swapping , its my first project and the budget is 10000~ euros , the point of this mod is i want to learn as much as possible and take the car to about 400 hp , be free criticize me
