Temperature door blend actuator help 2003 civic

My Car Temperature setting is currently stuck on heat. I think I have a bad Temperature door blend actuator. Can someone please help walk me through on how to replace it? Like the location of the actuator etc thanks ! I have a 2003 civic ex sedan

Check that the heater valve in the engine bay isnt stuck
