A/c and e-brake light malfunctioning

A/c and e-brake light malfunctioning
I just bought a 2001 Honda Civic and have the Brake light indicator On, AC light comes on and it blows warm air and I believe system is charged, but compressor is not spinning and just this morning
Speedometer stuck at 40 MPH, Is it possible this stuff related or is it three individual problems
