02 Civic AC is cold, then warmer, then cold again. What's my problem?

02 Civic AC is cold, then warmer, then cold again. What's my problem?
AC works fine when traveling at low speeds, like in town. But when getting on the interstate, it warms up. But then gets cold again when slowing down. And it continues my entire ride to and from work. Can anyone tell me what my issue is? Thanks!
