not starting when engine is cold
1.7l 2001 civic is not starting when the engine is cold. it has P0118 engine coolant temp sensor and P0141 O2 sensor code. i changed temp sensor 5 times but still the same issue. checked the battery and the fuses and everything is okay. what i discovered is, when i pour hot water near the temp sensor the car starts right away. can anyone help me?

I'm guessing you're buying cheap aftermarket sensors.
buy an oe denso sensor. Get one from a junkyard if you don't want to buy new
