Car won't start rapid clicking noise
I have a 2002 Honda civic LX I don't know anything about cars (trying to learn and save money ) but it won't start. It usually turns over a couple times then goes the the rapid clicking noise, I put in a new starter, alternator (and belt), as well as a new battery. For a minute after I put in the battery and starter the battery light would flicker very very briefly then go away. Then the dashboard would just turn off and on randomly (all needles sit at zero, no odometer) but everything else worked fine (gas, brakes, changing gears, air, heat, headlights, wipers etc). Eventually while I was at work I tried to turn it on after starting it a bunch of times no issues and there was no turn over no clicking no power whatsoever. Turns out I just didn't tighten the positive terminal enough. Tightened it while i was at work, jumped it no issue. Now the dashboard hasn't turned off an on at all and the battery light isn't flickering at all. Next day starts up for work no issue no battery flickering no dashboard issues. Leave for work, starts up no issues no battery light no dashboard issues. I get to the store and it just doesn't start again. No indicator as to why but instead of no power at all it turns over for a little bit then just rapidly clicks. Jumped it no issue I think I saw the dashboard turn off for half a second when I first jumped the car but it was in the corner of my eye and I was looking away. No issues getting home no battery no dashboard issues. Next morning doesn't start turns over for a little bit then rapidly clicks. Jumped it started no issue. that's where it's at at the moment I didn't even drive it just jumped it then turned it back off for whatever reason. I've already put more money than I wanted to into this car so any information is heavily appreciated. I have plenty of tools to work on mostly everything myself just trying to avoid paying 200 to get a diagnosis that may or may not tell me what's wrong with my car

Recheck all your connections to make sure they are tight. Grounds especially. Even if you didn’t touch it a weak ground can cause weird issues. Was the alternator a reman?
