Engine Stalls on Idle, won’t start after fueling up tank.

Engine Stalls on Idle, won’t start after fueling up tank.
2002 Honda Civic Lx is giving me a few issues. When I start the car in the morning it cranks for a few moments and finally rolls over. If it doesn’t I just rev engine and it will turn over. If I don’t rev or drive the car right away it dies 10% of the time but if I drive for 1 minute issue goes away. The car also has a little engine shake on idle. I recently replaced radiator, alternator, thermostat, battery, oil, and all fluids within the past week.
I thought it could be The fuel pump so I turned on my car and heard the fuel pump working fine. Thought maybe it could be the charcoal canister or my fuel filter.
Edit : Drove the car a little down the road, it now stalls when I’m not accelerating a.k.a neutral and red lights and reversing
Error Codes:P1457 ( Yes my fuel cap is on got a new one to be safe )
