I have a 1996 honda. civic EX coupe. back when it was raining i made a wide turn and crashed into the side walk. i hit the curb with the right front wheel. Now when i drive past 20 mph, it sounds and feels like i have a flat tire, but i don't. I took it to the shop and the mechanic quoted me $3200, $2000 for the parts and $1000 for the labor. He said i needed new front top and bottom control arms, rack and pinion, ball joint, cv joint and axle, and tie rod. I kinda feel like im getting scammed. He offered to buy the car for $1000. Im only the 2nd owner and the car has 143k miles, clean title, everything is stock. i even have the original manual and cassette player still in the car.

So, can anyone guide me to a parts list or kit so i can just do a DIY instead of being scammed
