SO last week I was in an accident and my civic received damage on the left fender area. I just want to know what this part is called and the best place to get one. Thank you in advanced

I think that's all considered part of the "wheelhouse" and shock absorber housing, #15/16/17 in the bottom right corner of this diagram
Nevertheless, it's all tack welded together with some body seam sealer. It'll definitely be a cut/weld job to replace that. #16 is also a discontinued part, which I'm 90% sure is the outermost part that's showing the most damage. You're going to have to settle for a pick-a-part deal to get that
