NVM problem fixed, power wire was toasted in the connector

This car is manual swapped. The radiator is currently wired to turn on with the ignition. So it works

I connected the stock plug for the radiator and tried jumping the coolant temp sensor to see if the fan would turn on but i can just hear the relay click. I checked to see if there was voltage flowing through the power cable and there is, but there seems to be 0 flowing through the ground when the sensor is jumped.

I checked the ground and it appeared the be fine, i switched the ground point and still nothing. Condenser fan also doesnt turn on but ac works if that makes a difference.

Could it be that the relay isnt sending the signal to ground the wire? im lost any help is appreciated. Id love for the fan to turn on with the coolant temp sensor if not i will just wire ln a switch
